Backpack and FJ and exiting...

My parents (seniors) will be accompanying us on our upcoming trip. I would like for all of us to walk through the FJ queue together, but Mom will not be riding. Will they let us through the regular line with our bags if they know Mom will be exiting before the actual ride and will take our bags with her?

Yes they will. I just did this a week ago. I wanted to hang with my mom and friends in line to see the castle together but didn't want to ride FJ. They let them bring the bags when they were told I wasn't going to ride.
