I know the Backlot Tour is suppose to reopen on March 2, does anyone know what the changes are yet?

Usually there aren't any changes to the actual backlot tour. Only thing I would expect different is the AFI institute exhibits. The last refurb saw props from Titanic take a spot along with a few other movie props. Excited though to see what they put there in March!

My husband works at BL and TSM. They bought all new shuttles that are a bit larger, so the CM have to re-train on them. Other than that it's just the regular maintanance to the ride itself.

Thanks so much

With Hollywood Studios lo longer being a working studio, this ride really seems to be lacking and I'm not sure how to fix it. There once was a time when you could watch The New Mickey Mouse Club as they were rehearsing or filming. I also loved seeing the houses from Golden Girls and Empty Nest. I was really hoping that there would be some changes to this ride that would help bring it back to its former glory.

I haven't been on the Backlot Tour in probably 20 years. What is it like? Is it worth taking my 9 y.o. DDs to see?

I'm really surprised they didn't add FP+ to it - seriously they need places to "dump" people (oh did I say that out loud? :confused3 )
