Backlot Construction & Cars Land

So, last May during our trip in the backlot there were walls up down the middle of the street...I heard somewhere they were putting in tracks but I didn't know for what? Like a trolley?

ALSO, how far will it go? Just up and down the backlot? Will it eventually extend through the entire park?

Just saw some pics of the construction for Cars Land...looks like it will be back behind TOT and Bugs Land...is that correct? Just curious!!

The trolley tracks will go from ToT to the front of the new entrance but will not be extended further.

And Carsland is more behind the Wharf area. The main entrance to Carsland will be right next to the entrance to A Bug's Land by It's Tough to Be a Bug.

OH MAN...all that for such a short distance...seems unnecessary...although I just heard/read that the cable car is part of Walt's experience when he arrived in LA. Very cute!

YES, just saw a little more of the construction...noticed lots of Warf right in front!! Read that there will be an in/out over by Tortilla Factory!

I would LOVE to see it connect from TOT to Carsland to Bugsland to the Calif. Screamin'....hehehehe!! Not going to happen but that would be cool

Not too far fetched. Some concept drawing show a access from carsland through bugsland some toward around it to the trolley house. We will see what happens.
