Back from WDW

We just returned last night from a five night stay at AKL Deluxe Savannah View. Nice place...but...we really missed our DVC accomodations!

We wanted to try out the lodge for a change of pace. We saw a few animals (Cows, giraffes, gazelles, some twisty horned antelope thing). AKL sure is away from the action! We drove to the parks on 3 out of the 5 days.

Jiko was very good. If you like some spice in your food, the Scallops are wonderful!

We're looking forward to our stay at WLV in December!

Thanks for the trip report - Jiko is nice but we too missed our DVC as well - we are going to use AKL for 2 or 3 nights of every other vacation going forward
