Back from 8 days at Disney with 1500 photos and some lessons learned.

That's the official "thing" to look for when you are in WDW. A lime green Mickey head usually means someone else from the DIS, allowing you to strike up a conversation. OR...they could just be someone who really likes lime green ;)

Gotcha.. I must have missed the memo. :thumbsup2

Only 1500 in 8 days? I'm just back and sorting through 2,300 from 5.5 days, lol. Most of those are in RAW (parades and fireworks in JPEG) so I've got a lot of work to do! :)

DW and I have tried using the Home Depot LGMHs in the past but they either fell apart or fell off, etc. Conveniently, WDW now sells small foam Mickey heads in multiple colors - including lime green - at many of the cash registers for $1.95. We had each bought one in September but the one on my camera bag got pulled off (I think on the bag nets under the chairs on Soarin). So I bought three more this week - one to replace the lost one on my camera bag and two as backups in case one falls off down the road. :)

I think many DISers have the same idea because I had to go to four different checkout counters to find three total lime green Mickeys. I know they are for sale in EPCOT and the Emporium in the MK, can't remember if I saw them in DHS or AK.

Hey! It was nice to meet you too!

I can not wait to see your photos, especially from the Off Kilter show :thumbsup2

The logo is nice. Definately will take a look at that.

I rushed just so you could have them...

I was going to put Sony on the front of the lens, but decided to play nice and keep it generic
