Soon I will be leaving on a jetplane, don't know when I'll be back again. Actually unfortunately I know exactly when I will be returning but am currently ignoring that fact.

Oh yeah, I almost forgot Stitch and Mickey the hitchhikers who will be invading our trip. Notice Stitch had to be first as he is quite jealous that Mickey is the #1 Disney character, which he is always rubbing in our face.

They are getting uber excited for the trip, picking out the stuff they want to do, items to take, so on and so forth.

Yep, that's it there is no more, so what the heck am I singing for. No one else just myself and my brother and the hitchhikers are going on the trip. Some people would wonder, however we offered others the option of going for even the one week, but no one bite.

We are doing a back to back cruise. Meaning one 7-day cruise will start and finish and then hopefully keep your fingers crossed, we don't have to get off the Mickey butt and then the next 7-day cruise starts.

How Did this Come About?

We had our first Disney cruise on the Wonder in September 2005. Despite the 30 foot waves and Hurricane Rita, we had an absolute blast. So sometime around January 2006, all these rumors started flying about the Mediterranean for Summer 2007. I was watching things very closely. When the Disney cruise website had the mystery on their site determining where they were going I was watching very closely. However when prices and locations came out I was less then enthusiastic. We decided the Disney Mediterranean cruises were not for us.

We started researching other cruise lines and also looking into other Disney cruises. I was seriously looking into other cruises. My brother kept pushing for Disney Cruise line. One day he had an Ephiphany, why not do two Disney cruises back 2 back. It was cheaper then the Med. cruises and was places we were interested in going.

So at the end of March 2006, we booked on the Western and Eastern in September. I honestly never thought we would be this close. There is tons to do and little time and my work schedule at my new job is filling up quickly. I still need to buy clothing as I lost weight and do not have enough for the trip. I know if somethings I hope for don't happen it is no big deal.

Not sure how much this will be updated before the trip, as I was able to do this today as I had off from work due to having my Nana's funeral today. Thanks for reading.

Hi we will be with you all on the second week. It is me (Leisha) DH (Tom), DS (RYan 22) and DD (Megan 17). DS & DD have been giving me a hard time that there are going to be children and old people on the cruise. I am glad to tell them They were wrong

This is their first cruise and our second. We took the western cruise the same week last year for our 25th anniversary and was hooked. The only way DH got me off the boat was the fact that we had booked this cruise. Otherwise he would have had to drag me off kicking and screming. We thought we would take the kids with us this year. They are going to have a great time they just do not know it yet.

DD thinks that stich should be first too. I my self am a Mickey girl. I hope we will meet on the cruise. I am excited to find my own kind (Obsessive Disney fans). I have started packing. How wonderful that you will be on the Majic for two weeks. I can not wait to hear how that is.

I'm crossing my fingers that my Key West curse is broken. I have tried to go to Key West many times but for a variety of reasons I never made it there. I am also hoping for no Hurricanes or crappy weather. But then again I would rather have bad weather and be with Disney then anywhere else.

So we found out several days ago that Parasailing is currently canceled on Castaway Cay until further notice. So we will wait until we are on board to see if it is happening again or not.

I wanted to parasail on my September 2005 cruise but it was too windy so it was canceled.

I am doing the 12 metre regatta on St. Maarten, which should be tons of fun.

So I have my fingers crossed and am hoping that in 24 hours my bags will be magically packed. Right now it looks like they threw up on my living room floor. I still have some stuff to locate. Let's just say I am a little panicked. Stitch and Mickey are packed and ready to go.

Apparently Stitch and Mickey thought they were leaving with our neighbors, as they left tonight to drive to Florida. Their twins were sitting outside with the whole can we go yet look on their face. My brother and I will beat them down to Florida, they are doing WDW and then a week at the beach.

I gotta get to bed. Tomorrow is gonna be a long day with working, packing, a pedicure and the daily 2 hour commute. I hope to stop in yet before I leave.

We are packed and ready to roll. Now to head to bed for about 4 hours, to get up and then leave. We'll see how much sleep I get. Not sure when I will check in again. We are soon on our way.

So I am sitting on Deck 9 of the Magic right outside Cove Cafe. Although I wish I was swimming in the Quiet Cove pool or the hot tub. We have high winds and there is lighting in all directions so unfortunately they are all closed. I am gonna attempt to post an update for yesterday but it all depends if we keep internet signal as we are not using the Magic's internet. Instead we are using my brother's Blackberry with a data plan which is attached to my laptop with a USB cord.

So I went to bed after midnight and was up and out of bed by 3:45am. Hit the shower and ate some pudding and then packed the car. We hit the road around 5am for the Allentown airport. I was in the car trying to change the voice mail message on my work phone, as it was incorrect and not stating I was gone for 2 weeks. WOOHOO About 5 minutes later it was changed and I was good to go.

So we arrive at the airport a little after 6pm. Lug our 6 bags to the check in counter and then to the checked bag screening area. I am starting to Wonder why I brought so much stuff. We ditch our 4 checked bags, then head downstairs. We quickly breeze through security. Gotta love the small airports with short lines. We were told to be ready to board around 7:15 am.

Around 7:20am, they start boarding. We take off about 5 minutes before our 8am flight time. It was one of the smoothest flights I have ever been on beside the landing. Our pilot was a jokester, he apologizes and says he is sorry that our flight did not arrive on time. Instead we are 25 minutes early as we arrived at 10:05am at Orlando/ Sanford international airport instead of the scheduled 10:30am.

We disembark and head towards baggage claim. I take a potty break, by the time I get to baggage claim two of our bags have arrived. My brother takes his break and by the time he is back all 4 bags have arrived. Crap its 10:20am and we are ready to roll. However in order to save money like $25 to rent our car for a couple minutes over 24 hours, we wait around till a few minutes before 11 am till we get our Avis rental car.

There was no line. We are handed the keys for a blue PT Cruiser, we grab our enormous amount of luggage and head to the rental car parking lot. We throw all our luggage in the vehichle and hit the road. We made sure to have appropriate toll money for the upcoming tolls.

Like the last few times I have arrived in Florida, we had rain a little while after we arrived. It was off and on for several hours, which is abnormal rain for Florida. Typically from my experience it is an hour or 2 in the afternoon and done. This started around 11am and continued on and off till about 3pm.

I think this is all for now, as even though I am under cover it is very windy. There will be more later.

I am heading to Key West tomorrow.
