For child swap: you go through the queue as a family. Then when you get almost to the front of the line, one parent goes to the waiting room/child swap area room with the child, then the other parent goes on the ride with the other children. When the parent gets off the ride, he goes back to the child swap area which is near where he disembarked. Then he stays with the child and the other parent goes into the express line with the other kids and rides. So the other kids get to ride twice and no waiting in line again. The child swap area is a room with glass so you can watch the ride and has chairs and sometimes a tv. All the rides have them.

I have seen strollers in the Hulk swap area upon exiting. I think they're allowed in the Spiderman waiting area too. I'm not sure about the other rides with swap areas.

Actually if you are the one waiting most rides have a seperate waiting area and you do not have to wait in line. You can bring the strollers- they are like mini waiting rooms- on most rides. But some are a little on the creepy side. Like the one at spiderman- there was no security and you are down a dark hallway. We actually had some guys bother myself and my son- I think they were on drugs. We ended up running out of the room- but that was the only remote one. It actually is a really easy thing to do. The kids do LOVE getting to ride twice especially MIB.

you can't take the stoller through the queue. you're actually going to to take it up the ride exit to the swap area.
