Baby Swap Question

This will be our first trip and we have DD8, DD2 and DS 9 mos, there are a lot of rides that my DH and I will be wanting to ride especially RocknRollerCoaster , TOT, Space Mountain etc. How does the Baby Swap work exactly? Do all rides have this? This sounds like a great option for us.

You tell a CM at the ride of your choice that you want to do a baby-swap. They will either show your partner to a waiting area where after you have ridden the ride, they will take your place on the ride. Otherwise they will issue a fastpass for your partner to jump on the ride after you are done.
Occasionally the CM will state that they are too busy to do a swap that day, but this is a rare occurance.
IMPORTANT: tell the first CM you see, otherwise you could waste valuable line time, waiting in the wrong place!

Aren't there only certain rides that do babyswap? I thought just the ones with height requirements had this service available.
