I like the name. I have not heard it before, so I can't agree with other posters that it sounds too trendy. Which, by the way, there's nothing wrong with that.
As a former teacher, my first criteria in naming my kids was that I couldn't associate their name with any kids I taught. That was tough! But when you have four Britney's in one class (all with different spelling) it gets silly. And so what if some idiot wants to put an N in front of her name? She will simply, and graciously correct them. My name is Tarra. All my life I've added the extra R for people. Has it scarred me? Ummm, No! If you like a name I don't think you should not choose it because you're afraid of what society may say. It's not an out-there, wacky, made up celebrity sounding name, for goodness sake! Some of those names could be scarring! Moxie Crimefighter to the rescue!
Attalie - very pretty, dainty, and sounds very sophisticated to me.
