Oh God, those are definitely for friends. There are no little girls on my horizon. Well, that's not true, I have four nieces. Some of those were made for my nieces, some for friend's daughters. I indulge my desire to make little girl things by giving them away to people I love.

TK - love the sewing projects. I will tell you one thing I keep looking for on Etsy, a Disney princess themed dress of any sort with "Bon-scratchy" tulle. DD6 hates most of the frilly things I buy because they always end up scratchy. Including the Disney store stuff. For that much money, the tulle should be soft as a cloud.

Send me a picture of what you mean. It's possible I could try to make something like that for her.

I posted some of my dresses on Etsy. No takers yet, but it feels like an accomplishment to have them up there.

The house people want to meet with DH and I on Saturday morning. The lady (who showed it to us) called my work today to verify my employment. My boss asked if she just needed that info or did she need a reference as well. The lady said no, she wasn't looking for a reference but if she wanted to give one.....Well, apparently I was given a "glowing report!" I love my boss.

Now, I'm having anxiety over what do we do if we actually get offered the house??!! You would think it's pretty cut and dry but I guess I just never thought we'd actually get this far. It seems the owners really are more concerned with getting the "right people" rather than just fill it as quickly as possible.

Morning, Nanners and Boo Boos!

Huh. That's funny.

Anyway, so glad it's Friday. This morning I actually had to wake Nemo up to go to school, so I'm glad tomorrow is the weekend. I think the kiddo needs recovery time. I'm glad we start mid week and work our way up to a full week of school because of labor day. 3 day week, then 4 day, then 5. I think it's an easier adjustment for them...and also for me.

I'm starting to get really excited about my trip. It's less than two weeks away which feels crazy close. I have so much going on between now and then, I know it'll go by fast.

I started working on the napkins for my girlfriend's shower gift. So far, coming out really cute. If you want, I'll post some pictures here when I'm done.

Hey, would you guys like to see some of the Disney stuff I've sewn? Just let me know.
