Mornin' nanners and welcome to another week! I'm only excited about this Monday because it means the start of this week, at the end of which DH and I are going away for a couple of days. SO need the break.

So this weekend I had to do it; I had to cancel my resort ressie because I need the deposit money back on my CC so I can buy an engine for my car..... I'm hoping that I can get the balance knocked down enough by the first of the new year so that when the spring room-discounts are released, I can re-book at that time.

Good morning, y'all! It's a bit chilly here this morning, so I had to break out the long pants and long sleeved shirt. Hopefully, I'll be back in shorts and a t-shirt by noon.

LegoMom3: There are some very good guides to buying a new DSLR out there. I'll try to find some and PM them to you so you can bookmark them for later. We bought this one as my Mom's old Minolta lenses fit it. I'm one of the few Sony shooters out of my photography pals. Most of them shoot Nikon or Canon. I also have a couple of point and shoot digital cameras that I use and get great shots with those.

I'm so glad you'll be getting away for a few days. Go, enjoy and recharge. Here's to scoring an even better deal with the spring room discounts!

My DH wakes me each morning with the number of days until we leave for Disney. I'm happy until he starts listing the things I need to buy or to do. He actually expects me to remember these things before my first cup of coffee. He should know better!

Apparently 296.05! Today, at least.

It looks like we're going to get at least ONE Disney day in: We'll get a hopper and do Magic Kingdom and Hollywood Studios.

And then we'll get two days at Universal, also park hoppers.

One day for shopping.

Two days for being lazy.

This will keep me going when my BF and his son take off the week before Christmas to visit his folks and leave me all by myself in the house.

I'll just stay in PJs, eat like a student/bachelor, watch lots of TV and plan my trip!

I hate it when life gets in the way.

Like I told DH, we already have our tickets and they are already attached to our MBs (thus non-refundable), and I'm booking our air next Monday when the schedule opens up because I'm doing that with points, so even if we have to sleep in a box outside of Downtown Disney, we have transportation and tickets so there WILL be a trip!!
