Babies on Vacation?

We're planning our first Disney trip with a 1 yr old. Has anyone else used Babies on Vacation rental service? Or another rental and delivery service to WDW?

I want a place that I can rent a good stroller from & have it ready for us when we arrive. Any thoughts?

We do not have a sit n stand stroller. Are they easy to take on the WDW buses? Do they fold up?

First timer here taking a baby on vacation - nervous!!
Need all the advice I can get..

Hi again!

From my experience, a sit and stand stroller is very heavy and basically only steers well going straight. They do fold, but again, are heavy and a bit longer than the usual stroller. Perhaps they have improved over time! Are you looking at a sit and stand for just 1 baby? I think it would be too small for your 10 yo to catch a ride and he would be way over the weight limit. My best stroller experience has been a Maclaren, even with out a cup holder!

We took our 9 mo on a big vacation and I got a good umbrella stroller with a visor and cupholder for about $20. I didn't care whether it got stolen and it was easy to stow on the flight.

a lot of people on here seem to rent strollers from orlandostollerrentals and they love the strollers. I actually own the same kind they rent and I'll tell you it's the first time my daughter has stayed in her stroller without crying to get out. We love them!!

check out the stroller swaps in the budget boards...they seem to be pretty good strollers and much more affordable than renting one in disney (or anywhere else for that matter). I am in a double stroller swap this April. I only have one but will use the other side for the extra stuff that we need to bring with us.
