We visited Le Cellier for Lunch this past Saturday. It was myself, Dh and my good friend from Atlanta.
Jesse was our server. We had the last PS for lunch 2:40 pm.
We were seated pretty quickly and our server was very attentive.
My friend and I had smoothies, which were good. For the appetizer we ordered 2 of the Asian Shrimp Cocktails. The presentation was very good and the shrimp was excellent. This dish had a spicy kick and the 3 of us cleaned the plates. The pretzel bread was very good and Dh really liked the sourdough.
For lunch we ordered the 10 oz. strip and Dh ordered the open faced sirloin sandwich. The strip was huge! It was cooked as ordered and the roasted garlic cloves that were served with the potatoes were excellent. For dessert we ordered the sampler. We all found a favorite! Dh really liked the sorbet, DF really liked the Canadian Club Cake and I had the Creme Brulee. It was a very leisurely lunch and our server did not rush us. We were there for at least 1 hour and a half talking and enjoying our meal. The rest. closes at 3pm and opens back @ 4 pm for dinner.
We will definitely return to Le Cellier often. We did use 2 Vacation Kingdom Lunch Vouchers and we paid for 1 meal. Our total with tax and tip included was $111.00. Our server gave us 2 receipts. One for Vouchers and one for the cash portion. I would eat there without the Vouchers as it was an excellent meal.
I really liked the idea of having a late lunch and we enjoyed Epcot and the F&W festival and were not hungry again until after Epcot closed. We walked over to B&C for Cheeseburgers and Onion rings, which were very good as always. No one could finish their meals so we packed them up along with dessert back to our room.
