Availability search results messed up!

I apologize if there has already been a thread on this. Has anyone else noticed how completely messed up availability results are lately? I know there has been the issue of ghost rooms, but now I am finding that certain rooms show as unavailable depending on what days I put in. It’s kind of hard to explain without putting in the exact search and results I got, but basically I want a five day stay this month. When I put in that five day stay, for example, it shows poly as being available for four of the days. But then when I change my search to a six night stay (covering the same five days in my previous search, plus an extra night) poly shows as no availability at all!

Also, riviera shows as no availability at all during those five nights, but when I do a search for one of the single nights during that 5 night period, there is a one bedroom available at r
 
I have not yet run into this but then again have t tried to amend what I was searching to fewer days.

When you say no availability at all are you talking about the calendar shades being wrong or it flat out saying that there are no rooms fully available?

It flat out says no rooms are available. But then if I tweak my search to a five night stay instead of six nights, it shows as 4 out of the 5 nights being available. But if I search for six nights over the same period, it just says no nights are available for the searches dates.

That's really weird. I haven't seen that issue. I have seen wonky things with the calendar where it says something is available even if its partially and the calendar hasn't it greyed out.

You’re not crazy or doing it wrong. Ive had the same problem. If you play around with the number of days as you’ve said it changes results.

I booked Riviera for April 2 to 8 last week. When I checked it before 8:00am, it showed the 2nd greyed out but then it showed available for the reservation. When 8:00am hit, it showed the same but said waitlist only, But then the continue button showed, I hit it and my Reservation was confirmed.

I've been trying since yesterday to book a room in September. This is exactly what is happening to me in every resort I try to book. Some dates show availability but they are not highlighted like they are suppose to be.

It then glitches out when I try to put the names in.

This is the second day it's happening and I'm getting vey annoyed!
 
I'm having the issue of everything looking available today. I am shocked and feel like this has to be a joke on me. I got Beach Club 7 months out on Easter Week. I even spoke to a CM via chat to confirm this. And every other resort was also available. Is there some sort of Easter week joke going on right now? Like, nothing will be open and I missed the memo? :-)

I’m having the exact same problem for Poly
 
As I was setting up a waitlist today, when it asked me if I wanted to replace any of my current reservations, the list included a reservation I cancelled a few days ago. Of course I panicked and checked all of my accounts/reservations and everything is fine, although one of the reservations shows an extra day in MDE(??).

If it's not flushing out old reservations in a timely fashion, that might mess up availability too.

I agree. Wonder if rooms are tied up because if this. Yesterday I got a confirmation for a room I canceled several months ago. I went to my dashboard to double check, and it’s gone.

I keep hearing things about cancellations not necessarily being flushed and voila all of a sudden you'll see a mass amount of availability show up in the system. It almost sounds like they are having to flush these manually.

I have 9 nights in a one bedroom P/G View at BWVs.
The first night I had a studio but when I called MS about ADRs, they said my WL came through and
modified my studio to one bedroom PG view.

The studio is gone from my dashboard but when I put in WL today for a trip I'm trying to piece together
for January, it asks me if I want it to replace existing ressies, one of which is the one night in the studio I had for November 11.

What would happen if I chose that option, not sure but if this is how my work system was, the whole IT department would eventually be fired.
 
So weird I just was playing around looking in April and may next year from Sunday thru Thursday and every week not one room available in any resort at all in any room type?? how Can that be.

That has been happening to me. I had to click on specific room types because the default is to choose none. So no results pop up. Not sure if it’s just me.
