Does anyone know if it's possible to get autographs from the entertainers who perform at the concerts at the Food and Wine Fest? My son would really like to get autographs from the Beach Boys, but I doubt it will happen.

Sometimes after the concerts the folks will come down and sign things. That said I would not count on it with what is left of the Beach Boys (how many originals are still around?)

I understand those concerts are PACKED so get there early!

Thanks for your help!

I wonder if we should line up about 45 mins to an hour early--is that enough?

Last year, for th Beach Boys, the line started forming at 12noon. But then it started raining and the line disappeared. It started forming again at about 2pm

Getting autographs nowdays is rough. 4-5 years ago they did autographs after each show. Then it was reduced to after the 2nd show.

This past May, we were there four four different performers and only one did autographs (after the last show).

Wow! It looks like we'd better be there early!

We went in May to hear a couple of the concerts, and there was plenty of room, though for one performer the line was rather long. We didn't get any autographs then, but I wasn't sure if they allowed it or not.

Considering Carl and Dennis Wilson are both dead. Brian Wilson doesn't perform with them any more. Mike Love and Al Jardine are on the outs with each other and don't perform together. Doesn't really leave much of the Beach Boys to perform.

So you'll probably get Mike Love with a bunch of other guys.

The "Beach Boys" are on the Today Show this morning. They sound terrible. I'm sorry, but Mike Love just cannot sing Carl Wilson's parts. And the rest of the group, well, I just won't go there.

Bruce Johnson has been with the group for a few years, but he just doesn't sound like the originals either. Johns Stamos appeared with them a few times as a conga drummer, but he wasn't with them this morning.

Should be called "Mike Love and Some Other Guys".
