Autograph page designs- all pages restored 8/7/10

What do you make your front and back covers from. I made mine from thick cardboard and decopaged a pictures to bith sides. I took my book to be bound today and both Staples and Kinko's said their machines would not punch through my cardboard. Back to the drawing board!

First, Thank you all so much for your kind words, I'm glad you like them.

2nd, Thank you even more for your patience. My medical issues have not made this easy. I have been working on them when I can, I just haven't had the time to upload them until now. I have about 40 more pages that I'm uploading to photobucket right now. I have the 6x6 size autograph pages done. I still need to do the border pages, pages without names, and the 4x6 size pages, but I do expect them finished by the middle of the week..

I'm not going to post them here until I get them all up to photobucket (and organized, cause I'm OCD like that! :lmao: ) But they'll be at the photobucket site for your viewing/downloading pleasure...

I'll let you know when they're posted to the thread.

Welcome Back - you have been missed. :goodvibes Someone was looking for the square autograph pages, but I don't remember who? I told them to check in your thread, hopefully they are watching the boards.
Penny :hippie:

Here are my newest designs. Right now I have the 6x6 pages finished. The 4x6 pages will be finished (hopefully) tomorrow. If you'd like the plain borders to match each page and/or the pages with no names, please visit my photobucket album. They are all on there.

Are you going to do the Power Ranger ones? Those are the only ones I didn't do as I don't know anything about them? :confused3 Here's hoping you do them.
The ones you just did look wonderful. Glad you are feeling better.

I'm planning to make them....BUT they May just be a border page with the name (like my Mary Poppins...) Until I can find decent images..I tried back in June and didn't find anything I was happy with.

Unfortunately, I know more about them than I care to!!

All the 4X6 pages are up on PhotoBucket....I'll try to get them up this afternoon..It's nap time!

Coming soon (within the week, I hope)

Country Bear Jamboree characters
Song of the South characters
Power Rangers

I also plan on doing separate pages for the Three Caballeros, Jojo and Goliath, and Foulfellow and Gideon..My DD did those and took a shortcut...I'm teasing her about it, but she's done and amazing job! I'll probably leave the combined pages up though in case somebody wants them.

I also updated my Mary Poppins..It was just too boring (Penny, I "borrowed" your idea of the photo in the background. Hope you don't mind...Wow that's not easy to figure out)

I'm also going to update Snow White and Dopey (switch their backgrounds) and Timon (taking off Pumba since he doesn't sign an changing background).

I'm also not crazy about my Incredibles, so I'll probably play around with them.

Trying to get as much done while I'm feeling better. Fingers crossed this medicine works better than the last stuff. It seems to be.

Heather - Thank you so much for the additional pages. Your work is great!! I hope you are feeling better.

Heather,

The new pages are gorgeous! Thanks you!

I have been printing out all of the pages on cardstock, but it's beginning to look like the book will be way too thick and heavy. Any ideas?

Heather - no problem, "borrowing" is what this board is all about. Dom13 (I think it was him) taught me a trick when I was about 2/3 done. Up to that point it took me an hour or so playing around to lighten a picture. I posted how to make them lighter and two or three people responded telling me to go to Photo, then hue & saturation and take it to about 80 or 85 and it lightened up the back ground and that was it. Well that sure saved me a lot of time. Think I would have been smart enough to ask that in the beginning, :confused3 , nope, not me, I have to learn the hard way. :lmao:

I am loving the new designs and plan on adding them to my cards that I talke down.

LOL! My problem was getting the picture behind the frame. I had to figure out how to put it on a transparent slide and make it into an overlay. Once I figured that out, it was much easier.

I also figured out today that I could copy something from excel into PI. that's how I made my dining cards (another thread).

I wish there were more tutorials for PhotoImpact. I don't know what I don't know!!!

I'm glad you like my designs, we had fun making them.

Any plans on doing Frozone? We ran in to him in Spring 06 when we last went.

oops, entered to soon. I wanted to say how nice your designs are and that I actually really like the Incredibles ones the way they are, I thought it was clever how Mrs. Incredible stretches across the top.

Yes, I actually have him in progress, I'm just not happy with it yet.

Thank you! I just loved that picture of her. (and I had to include Edna, I just love Edna!)

Ok....I will wait and hopefully (for me) you will have more done soon. I have them all printed and have not bound them yet. I will wait a few more days to see if you have Frozone and the Country Bears done. I printed a few extra "blank" border pages as last year, I thought I had everyone I would run into and I ran into a lot who I had not made pages for, so I learned to always take a few generic ones.
