Autograph cover

My kids were looking on here a couple of weeks back with me and saw an autograph cover they loved. I have not been able to find it again. It has a mickey head with characters inside. It has autographs all around it and the childs name with characters also inside the name.
If anyone knows what I am talking about, could you please make me 1 for each my children.(Haleigh~Ann, Brianna, Josiah and Jacob Andrew) We are leaving April 30th and I would love to have these done for them.

Oh no. I have spent the last 3 hours trying to figure out how to customize this myself. No such luck, I just cant figure out how to use Photo impact to save my life.
Guess my kiddos will not be getting personalized autograh books

Someone has some blank ones that I'm sure you could customize yourself.

I got blanks off of someone's thread (Michelle? Amy? not sure) and I just added my own kids' names in Paint.

They were the pink and the blue Disneyworld 2008 covers.
