Autograph book pages??

Awhile ago there was I believe a thread on here that had autograph book pages. They were very simple though. Just a white box with the picture and I believe name of a character on there. Does anyone know what I am talking about or could you help me find this thread? I looked but I just could not find it Thank you for any guidance someone can give me!
