Autograph Book\ Characters?

I am making an Autograph book\ Scrapbook for my daughter to take on our upcoming trip, each character gets two pages, one for a pic and one for a signature but my question is which Characters do I Need to include? Which characters are easy to find, out a lot, ect?

Here are the Ones I have thus far based on character dining

Who else do I need to include? There are so many Disney Characters I am having a hard time picking!

There are so many characters that you could potentially run into. We saw Snow White and all 7 dwarves at the P&P party, but they did not sign. We took a 3 week vacation last year and ended up with around 100 autographs. There is usually a good variety at Hollywood Studios.
