Australian - unable to cancel ??

I have two cruises booked for Singapore and am unable to cancel online, just keep getting the page broken page.
I am trying to call the Australian number 1800 718 515 and get told they are open between 9am and 8pm AEST on Weekends, it is 5pm (AEDST) and get hung up on and told they aren't open.
WTH? How can I cancel my cruises, no one answers the phone and I can't do it online either.

Call the US line when it opens later tonight (in about 7hrs). We stopped calling the Australian number, even for our Australian and Singapore cruises, as the cast members were increasingly more clueless each time. The US team remains in-the-know and super helpful.

Yesterday was a big holiday in the states - Thanksgiving. Most things/companies are closed. Perhaps that was the issue? Timing?

Keep trying I had for a number of days but was able to final cancel online my Singapore cruise for October next year.
