Aurora in her blue dress?

Mom2rtk....that costume is awesome!!
As you can tell by my screen name I am a big sleeping beauty fan. On our first trip I was able to get pix of Aurora and my daughter in her blue dress 2001. I haven't seen it lately and agree it is a way to tell Cinderella and Sleeping Beauty apart. Does anyone remember that Cindrellas Royal table used to be called King Stephans Banquet Hall...which is Auroras Dad...so maybe they were confused too!

We've only gotten to character hunt since 04, and never got to see her in her blue. But I'm completely over it.......

Actually I'd just like to see them mix it up a little..... maybe even just for special events, like MNSSHP or MVMCP.

I met Aurora once between 2005-2010 and she wore blue. She was by the international Gateway in Epcot.

I collect pins of Aurora in Blue or Briar Rose only. They're hard to come by so its a good collection!

for the other characters, I met the most varied set of characters 2/14/05... Valentines day in MGM. There was:
Milo and Kida (never seen them since)
Hercules and Meg
Bert and Mary Poppins
Aurora(pink) and Prince Phillip
John Smith and Pocahontas

Plus a few more I didn't get pictures with. It was an awesome day.

Who knew that my little question about Aurora would get five pages!

On a different note, DH and I were at 1900 yesterday for breakfast and no Mad Hatter. Belle in her blue dress took his place.

When you make an ADR for a character meal, very few characters are actually guaranteed at a certain meal. Belle has filled in for Alice in a pinch before, and I'm sure it will happen again. But it's not a permanent change.

She's a girl in blue and white. Maybe they were hoping nobody would notice? I still remember when my daughter wore here blue Belle costume to the parks. Even a bunch of the CM's kept calling her Alice!

Haha I know. Even though when I went to 1900 PF breakfast all the usual characters were there. Haha that's funny about your daughter. You would think some CMs would be more knowledgeable on the Disney movies since they work at Disney lol. Though for some its just their summer job.

Too bad you missed the mad hatter but it might be a blessing since the mad hatter at 1900 is a really "mad" hatter..i mean he hates his job and it shows. I couldnt believe the interactions I've had with him and overheard at other tables.
