Hi! We just got back after an 8 night stay that was magical. I put my kids in 3 of the premium activities and they loved it. I looked for info on the programs before going and couldn't find any... so here is what I learned:
Surfing party - 3 hours of freedom and you walk away with a wood surfboard that they decorate and some drawings. They have snacks to include a popsicle or Icecream (my kids didn't specify). Goofy was the character and he visited 2 times. Once to teach them to surf and once to go fishing.
Hocus Potion - 2 hours of freedom and you walk away with a bag of crafts to include a small vial of potion. They had a really fun time doing crafts and Halloween stuff. I can't remember if there was a character.
Galactic Games - 3 hours of freedom and you walk away with a rundisney caliber medal. It is a really nice medal. My boys loved this one the most... snacks and blastoff blue Icecream. Stich was the character and they did a bunch of games and I guess stitch was really funny.
We did the free one last time and Moana so we skipped them this time. I absolutely love that they offer these programs, my only complaint this time was the hours were early (830-1130). Last time there was a 1230-330 option that was perfect for us to hit up a happy hour or entertain them on checkout day but honestly it is such a small complaint.
