Aulani Owners Thread - ALOHA!

FYI, if anyone is interested in the straw hat Mickey baseball caps I would suggest getting it quickly. There were about a dozen in the store last night and they are sold out now. I just purchased the last one at the Lava shack.

Also, Hawaiian/Aulani Halloween merch is in the stores.

Ohhhhh what type of aulani Halloween merch do they have!? We get there this weekend and I hope it’s not all gone by then!

I've been debating on the hat...don't NEED it but it would be a nice and actually useful souvenir...being sold out would make the decision easier. There were a few other things we were eying that have really reduced in availability. Definitely buy it when you see it. As long as you leave the tags on, you can always return it.

Shirts, Spirit Jerseys, Plushies, Ears…. The full shabang! They flipped from Pride Week stuff to more Halloween stuff this morning.

They have a sweatshirt that my wife REALLY likes… but all the sizes left were huge.

A nice variety of Dooney’s in the fancy shop as well. My wife got a crossbody with the DVC green and white pattern & the “camera bag” sized Aulani with Mickey in a lounge chair having a cocktail and winking and Mickey on a surfboard.

There is a particular Tommy shirt with Aulani references that may end up in my bag later….

We leave on Tuesday…. I’ll make sure to tell them to leave some for you!

The location at sunset is incredible. The food was good, but the service was OK.

Multiple members of the wait staff kept on trying to push a winery that had just come out and done a tasting for them. I don’t want my dining experience to be biased in any way by whatever vendor happened to last stop by.

Dinner and Drink menu from Noe.

The ambiance was very nice, but it really could have been a nice restaurant anywhere with outside dining.

However, the service (Daniel & Lee) and food were at least two steps up from Ama Ama. Not even in the same league.

We did the tasting menu with the wine pairing.

This was our first time at Noe after eating at Mina’s in 2022 and 2023. Very happy with the choice. (not against Mina’s, but with adding Noe to the rotation).

We did get to see a rainbow over Aulani on the walk over…. Pretty magical.

Also, if you meet a cast member named Dino…. it is pronounced “Dean-O” because his Dad worked for Dean Martin. He said Dean Martin was like a grandfather to him….
