Unless you really need to buy, right now is not a good time to get a deal on resale. Supply is low and demand is high, which means brokers can jack the prices up. Its a great time to be a seller, and if you were on the fence about selling, I’d strongly consider selling. I think everything is overheated and heading for a correction.

I have 191 points expiring end of August I need to rent out of as we won’t be able to travel by then. We have a one week old baby and just too much with her and 2 toddlers. We are planning a January trip.

Well I am trying to get her a vacation in Hawaii
