Is this never available because they are remodeling it or what’s the story?

I think it's because there are only 2 of them, and the points are so much cheaper than for the ocean view (there are 18 ocean view which I believe are in the same place but just higher floors).

Edit: I was wrong about the higher floors. 289 and 389 are standard view because they are obstructed ocean views, even though the still are ocean facing. 201 and 301 are ocean views and are the same level in the other building but are not obstructed.
