Aulani Character Schedule

At this time in 2023, does Aulani post their character schedule on the app or somewhere in the resort, or do you still have to find a cast member to get the times each day? Do characters rotate on different days, so that it would take a few days to see them all? We really want to see Duffy and Shellie May!!! Thank you so much for your help!

Check the app each morning or call the character line. Characters are random daily

Dial CHIP (2447) for a daily list of characters, place and time they will meet. We found this to be the most accurate information.

CHIP at 8 am on the day of was the most reliable. Disney posted the character schedule later on the app and Smart TV. On my Aug 2022 trip, Duffy, Shellie May, and Olu appeared on 2-3 days during the week. The three of them tended to alternate days.

The daily schedule on the app has them all, or at least it did 2 weeks ago.

Phone line is most accurate and updated if inclement weather and they move the meet and greets to the ballroom.
