AUGUST Exercise Challenge

Saturday, August 11

Swimming laps: 50 mins.
Water aerobics: 20 mins.

TOTAL: 685/1400
 

I went ahead and did my 2 mile WATP Express Walk so that gives me 469/1500. :)
 
It has been a few days since I have checked in. I ended up with nothing on Thursday. Friday I did 3 miles (38 mins). Today I did 4 miles (50 mins) & 3 miles (45 mins).

This brings my total to 41/125 miles (561 mins).
 
Add 30 minutes for today for me. Puts my total at 155/800.
 
Sunday, August 12

A new record for me today on my lap swimming:thumbsup2 but I got a bit too much sun :(

Swimming laps: 100 minutes
Water aerobics: 20 minutes

TOTAL: 805/1400
 
Did another 3 miles (43 mins) this evening. This brings my August total to 48/110 miles (659 mins).
 
Add another 10 minutes for me today. 165/800
 
60 minute walk/running around playing catch with DS combo....and 20 minutes of arm band stretches and bicep curls.

So...495/800 for me.
 
Just joining in this month. I have walked 530 minutes so far. My goal will be 1200for the month. So I am at 530/1200. Thanks for hosting!

Just back from Chicago (at 2am this morning!) and am trying to catch up on everything, but I wanted to update minutes. I can only do the updates where people have given me their total minutes so far -- I just don't have time right now to go back and total all the minutes for any of our challengers.
So, if your total so far isn't right, please tell me what your total should be. :thumbsup2

Here are my minutes (mostly guestimated) for the weekend:
Friday -- walking 90 minutes
Saturday -- walking 120 minutes
Sunday -- half marathon (210 minutes) + walking to and from race start and around downtown Chicago (60 minutes)

current total -- 850/1000, but the only way I am going to be motivated to keep moving is to increase my goal, so I am now going for 1300 minutes. So, I guess my current total is really 850/1300. UGH! Now it seems so far off. LOL! Especially since my fitness center is closed 8/20-27! :sad1:
 
Sorry, I haven't been good about reporting my monthly minutes. The good news is, I've been exercising in between my crazy schedule.

Please add 260 minutes to my total, making my August total 500/1400.
