I have been walking, swimming, snd doing my dance class!
Cam, I haven't been on much lately (blame our Central FL PM thunderstorms!) so I forgot the Chicago event was this past weekend! I'll have to go see how everyone did!
I just realized I hadn't posted my exercise in a while (although I do record it on my WDW calendar!). Another 177 minutes this week, so I'm exactly half way there-525/1050.
I think I have everyone up to here. Great job, WISHers!!! Keep moving!
I added only 10 minutes last night, doing my 100 push ups and 100 crunches (which is the start of a new streak, I hope).
Now, I know a LOT of you have many more minutes to add and I hope you'll post soon (Lily, my friend, I think there is that small matter of a half marathon and many, many minutes spent walking around Chicago!!!! Where's your update? )

I didn't do anything yesterday because I was in misery with a nasty sunburn. Anyway, I was able to do some swimming tonight (after the sun went down )
Swimming laps: 40 mins.
Water aerobics: 20 mins.
