35 minutes on the treadmill. Today starts our work weight loss challenge. Teams of two for 12 weeks, most percentage lost. The winning team gets $100 Visa gift card each. Just keep swimming! That's my saying for the next 12 weeks! Did I mention I have a Disney trip planned during this challenge? Yikes. But there is no way I will be giving up a trip to Beaches and Cream!
I just found this thread. I don't want to have to wait until next month to start up so I was thinking of doing the half month. I'll shoot for 700 minutes.
15 minutes of 30 day shred. Was a little distracted with DD2 trying the moves with me. I was laughing so hard, I think she was better than me! Also I did 20 minutes on the treadmill.
Thanks to late nights watching the Olympics, I'm a little behind where I wanted to be by this time in the month. I did manage to get in some power walking, puppy walking, yardwork, walking clinic, and a five-mile race. My total is now 901/2000.
