Wow! I can't get over how many NY'ers & NJites are going to be on this Cruise! I'm going to feel right at home! I'm starting to get excited now that the final pmt has been made. I hope to meet many of you on board & if any of your kids are looking to chat my DD who is 10(will be 11 in Oct.), would probably love to chat with other girls who are on the same cruise. A word of advise....GO PARASAILING!!!! It is just amazing up there! I'm terrified of heights and it didn't feel that high! I just couldn't believe it!

Reenie... LOL with the speaking of DISers on a first name basis. When we are with our neighbors and we talk about our cruise, I always speak of you guys on a first name basis. Just today at a BBQ we were talking about Mega millions and they had 1 winner in MA. I said I wonder if it is Terry, and my neighbor said who is Terry and my DD's said don't ask. LOL My moms on line friends.

Cant believe its only next Month..WOO HOO...

I am going to try and lose 25 pounds before the cruise..

My Diet offically starts Monday..

Doing a Low Carb, Low Fat Diet..

That means No Beer Until the Cruise..But Wait till I get Onboard..

I figure in 8 weeks...25 pounds is easy..

I figure...Lose 25 before the cruise..Gain 20 back..Over all I lose 5 pounds..Thats good isnt it?..hahah

Hi Reenie! Thanks for the welcome & your absolutely right, it does feel like family here! Joanna, I would love to be included on the 1st page! It will be myself, DH, DD who is 10, DS who is 9 & my BIL. We will be traveling with my Best friend, her DH & her DS who is also 9. The first time her & I ever went away on our own was to WDW in 1986. Now we get to take our families away for our first DCL cruise! I'm trying not to wish the summer away, but I soooo can't wait for this cruise! It's gotten even better now that I know so many fellow Dis'ers are onboard! I hope to be able to get to meet you whenever the Dis meet is on board! By the way Bobby, I too am trying to drop some weight before the Cruise! I'll be 40 in September & want to look good for my "Suprise Party!" My girlfriend was 40 in April & we are celebrating our b'days on the Cruise! Seems to be alot of us celebrating b'days. on this Cruise, hope DCL knows what it's in for! See you all there! Kathy

Kathy, I am travling with my sister but she is older than your BIL. She is a Disney Fanatic, I think she had been there 25 +times, and not even a resident of FLORIDA,,, yet!!!!

BOBBY.... 25 lbs,, I like your logic of loosing and overall weight lost after the cruise.
I wonder if WEIGHT WATCHERS would agree to that..

Hello fellow Cruisers..

Was Laying out by my pool today, trying to get my base coat for the cruise...I started getting hot..

Kept raising my hand, and no one came over to get me a drink..

I realized I wasnt on the cruise yet..

I yelled to my DW to get me one..and well.
.Cant say what her answer was...

Figures...hehe

I posted this on the main board, but maybe someone here can help me..

Ice Coffee...Make your own from the coffee station, or is there another place in the Early AM you can get some..

Also what time is the coffee available on deck 9?..

Hello Cruisers..

Just received an updated Navigator from June..

Looks like Monday night, our first day at sea is the 60's Dance party at the Rockin D Bar..I believe this is the beatles night 11:00pm till---

This would make a great Dis meet for all or party people and drinkers..

I suggest this for our Onboard Dis Party..

Any other suggestions are welcome..

also if anyone needs any info from the navigator let me know..

Hi All,
Have been here since the 25th....having a magical time...everything has been perfect....

Can't believe the cruise is less than sixty days away....! Thinking of doing the Ruins tour but not sure what to do with our seven year old....Other than that we haven't thought about it too much....

We're off to Chef Mickey's and then to MK for the fireworks...
hope the daily rain shower stops in time...

So glad you are enjoying OKWest. We spent 4th of July there 2 years ago!

I have spent this 4th of July Week-end with 165,000+ people at Shea Stadium. LOL

Does anyone know if they've replaced the O'Rays @ the Wide World of Sports in Disney. I'm trying to find out if there will be any minor league baseball when we are there in August. If anyone hasn't seen a baseball game from the Disney Field, do do it if you get a chance. It's really neat.

I'm sure that the Cove Cafe has iced coffee on their menu. The Navigators indicate that they open at 8 am.

I'm sure some of the other bars and lounges may have them as well.
