We were on the Alaskan cruise on the Wonder August 5 -12 and I was wondering if someone would be able to pick up the Alaskan Ball ornament for me? I went to purchase it on our last sea day to find out they were sold out for our cruise. Normally I would just do without but we were married on the trip and it would mean a lot for me to have one for our tree. If you are willing to pick it up I can send you the money for the ornament and the shipping costs. Thanks!

My DD loved the Kinder eggs. We made a stop in Vancouver to purchase some more.

Thanks everyone for the wonderful gifts!! We had such a good time and loved all the surprises we found in our FE during the week. The Smarties were particularly appreciated by my DD, Niamh, because they were her favorite sweet when we lived in Ireland.

We're all wishing we were back on board and are trying to figure out when we can do it again . . . . .

Hi ya'll!

My DW and I just finished an Alaskan cruise on the Island Princess, and noticed that the Wonder was following us for the last half of the cruise. I was out on deck as we docked on Monday morning, and we got a couple of nifty photos of the Wonder as she was docking.

We disembarked at the same time as you did, but stayed around Vancouver for a day to visit friends. We stayed in a downtown hotel, and had a reasonable view of the harbor (or harbour, as it's Canada). As a result, I have a nice picture of the Wonder leaving Vancouver after your cruise.

If you would like either of these sets of photos, PM me with your email and I'll send them to you. Or, if someone is signed up for photobucket or the like, PM me and you can post it here. I don't have that kind of account.

We normally would have gone with Disney, but wanted to go to Glacier Bay, and the Wonder doesn't do that. We have two Disney cruises booked, and are convinced Disney-ites!

We did not make it to the meet and greet!!! We are sailing the Nov 6th out of Miami, and we are also sailing the Med next August. When are you guys going again?

We booked a dummy date on board for Dec 2014...but my DH came home and really wanted me to move it to the Southern Caribbean in Sept. So I did!
But.....my oldest will be heading off to university in Sept, and my youngest starts high school as well. I work for the local school board as well, and would have to take a leave of absence. Definately not the best scenario .....but we will see how it all pans out! Fingers crossed!
