4 days to go! I'm living vicariously through you at this point, can you tell?

Do not worry about the hurricane. DH and I went down for our honeymoon during one. Yes, there was a lot of rain, but it didn't ruin the trip by any means. The PP is right - the parks will be deserted - grab your ponchos and flip flops and GO!

I'm all about ponchos and flip flops! We arrive early Saturday morning and leave late Thursday night so hopefully we just get a lot of rain and no hurricane because it's not a long trip............. And maybe everyone else will go home so we have the parks all to ourselves.

3 more sleeps until we fly out to Walt Disney World!!! Eeeek!!

Ive been looking at Tropical Storm Isaac with great interest... You never know!!! We might get a full blown Hurricane or we might just get a little rain... Or it might blow into the Gulf and we get nothing.

My 2 sons and I were in WDW in 2006 for Tropical Storm Alberto..... It POURED FOR 2 DAYS with crazy winds!!! I told my son last night about Isaac and he said 'NOOOOO NOT AGAIN' HAHAHA

Im preparing mentally for the worst
... But realistically we will be in WDW so we will be happier than if we were at home lol xoxo

I just went to walmart on my lunch hour at work and I bought heavy duty rain ponchos flashlights and batteries just in case!!!

Only 2 more sleeps until we are on our way to the airport!!!

I really hope that the storm goes the other way! If it doesn't, don't let the rain spoil your trip. . Go to the parks anyway. You will be able to ride the rides without waiting!! We once rode splash mountain 5 times without even getting off the boat!!!

TOMORROW WE GO TO WALT DISNEY WORLD !!!! Can you believe it??? I've been planning this trip for so many months, and it's finally here!!

I took today off from work to pack and do last minute things.... I'm taking it easy til 9am and then I will begin my Disney stuff for the trip. I'm watching the news, Drinking Coffee, and still keeping an eye on tropical storm Isaac.

It really just drizzled during the day and turned into a fantastic park day. Everything was a walk-on. I loved it. Plus, it wasn't hot. The only thing that got canceled was our evening fantasmic package and we ended up eating at Prime Time and loving it. The next day was sunny and gorgeous.

You have the greatest outlook on this whole Tropical Storm/Hurricane Thing. I'm from the Florida Keys and I still have family and friends down there and the projected track seems to have dipped more south (Key West). So, I'm keeping my fingers crossed that all goes well for you and your family.

I have really enjoyed your PTR and I can't believe it's finally here for you! I'm at the 3 month mark for mine. Have a great time and can't wait to hear all about it!
