My DM and I just booked 7 nights at BWV today through our timeshare, expecting to find nothing from August 5th to the 12th. But there was a 1 bedroom available, so we leave in just one month!!! So excited!!!! Maybe I'll see some of you there!

When you book it online I believe you have to enter the date as mm/dd/yyyy. Try entering 2011 or it will reset to different day. (At least that's what I've heard!).

We are doing the dessert party on Aug 12th. My kids don't know it yet either

Yes this was how I did it, I entered 08/24/2011 and it worked. I did it probably about 2 months ago.
