I won't throw her overboard. I promise. I'll just send her over to visit with you! She is a staunch Liberal Democrat, y'all can have some lively discussions.

Perdita&Pongo said:Pam - I called Cruiseline Formalwear on the phone this morning. Yes, they are renting for the 14-day Disney repo cruises. It is the same price as a 7-day ($85), since it is not a back-to-back 14-day - lucky us on the price break! You can reserve now online and it will go into a holding file, but you cannot book over the phone yet because they will not have the August sailings in their system for another month.
I found my formal gown yesterday at the Talbot's Outlet (brick & mortar store)! Yippee!! It's sleeveless, sheer burned-velvet, part silk, flounce at the bottom in a dusty rose color. $198 originally, marked $54 and then 50% off of that. Final price $27!! [/B][/I]

Let's see, we already have an "in" with a local who knows where the good bars are. Seems to me we can make our own fun.![]()

Here is what he said.
If its dinner it costs $35 USD per person, for drinks it costs $16.50 per person I recommend that someone.like you, collects the cover charge for the whole group and pays up front to avoid a huge line. You have to pay in advance.
I can call the restaurant to set aside a good area for your group, at the cruise terminal there are many cab drivers, so no problem. Another option is to go via a local TA, I could refer you a very good one this way you pay him directly and he arranges bus and immediate entrance to the restaurant.
Taxis or bus ? Bus would make it easier for group travel .... and I figure you will need to add the cost of the taxi in.
I will write up an insert for the next newsletter -- plus the girl from Shoretrips can set up the multimedia show at the Fort + the dive show -- Will post when I get any additional information.
