Thanks for the advice on seeing the cliff divers in Alcapulco. I think I have things narrowed down to my choice excursions. Still have questions, but then I always do.

Didn't see if anyone tried this yet...I'll go with an echo. (not that unusual, tho)

Well done Paul - the first winner of the much coveted Manx Knobs :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc

and this is for all the Okies - In Okmulgee, Oklahoma, you can't take a picture of a man with a wooden leg - why not? :confused3 :scratchin :ssst:

I think your TA may have spoken too soon. I believe you can only book excursions when you are 90 (I thought they changed it to 75) days out AND PAID IN FULL. You have the paid in full part correct, but I do not think you can book excursions until 90 days out....

If you can, wow...I had better start planning!!!

MJ

Paid in full.
I questioned the TA myself when she told me that the CM said I could book excursions now. We thought maybe something new just for the Repo 2 week cruises since there is going to be so many people sailing on theses dates.
I have no plans of booking any excursions. We would much rather do them on our own.

Because you need a camera to take the picture, not a wooden leg?

Well done - I knew we were a smart bunch - but what are you doing up and around at this hour?

Because of something that came up in chat last night, I wanted to be clear about the Newsletter.

If there are things you'd like to see in the newsletter, let me know. If it's something that requires a lot of work on my part (researching an excursion, etc.), it is unlikely I will put it in the newsletter unless it is submitted to me in a form to be printed. I'll give a couple examples:

Someone suggested putting something in there about the REAS package last time. I have done the REAS package, so summarizing that was easy. On the items to obtain/purchase, I've written either what I want or what was submitted to me (that' why some of the descriptions are plain - I did them).

Someone suggested putting information about the excursions. I haven't done any research yet as to what I'm going to do. Arlene is doing research on one excursion at Curacao and agreed to submit an article for the newsletter.

So feel free to give me suggestions, but understand if you don't submit something with your suggestion, it may not be included until I have the time to do the research. The newsletters take about 4-6 hours to prepare.

Thanks for understanding!

It's morning! Time to get up and start the day! Big doings today, Up and 'atem!

On another note, we had fun in chat last night. We talked about cruise gift possibilities, party stuff, kids and all that jazz. Lots of great suggestions, lots of good perspectives to keep in mind.

Found this on another thread but thought the pickings here were cute:

Dead Men Tell No Tales

However, I also read on another thread about the possibility of no pirates night on the West Coast Cruises due to a Happy Birthday Celebration. It's just a rumor for now, but something to keep an eye on I think.

Tracy, and don't think we dont appreciate every single second! All that time and care really shows in the finished product.

In fact, all the talented, wise, witty people on this board make me feel so inferior (Big Cheeser says that's because I am inferior!)

Pam

RobinMarie, it's possible we could do both! We do have 14 days, ya know :rotfl:

PamPat, don't get me wrong, I love doing the newsletter (I actually have a pad of paper by each computer and take notes when I see something to put in!), but I find that I have a hard time saying no to Fools so this will help! I just wanted to make sure I came across ok (sounds better than the "than do it and send it to me" response I gave yesterday, right?)

Anyone going to Disney today and want to meet up? :sunny:

Sure, are you gonna pay for my airfare?LOL

Have A Great Day! Wish I could!

Anywho ~ Anybody placing an order on CafePress, collect your 5 email addresses before you place the order. That way can give out $5.00 coupons. Unfortunately it did not work for me, may have timed out or something.

Sorry guys, I tried. I will try to call them to see if something can be done considering I did spend $140! :rotfl: :rotfl:

Have A Disney Day!

I'll pay for the airfare Janet but only if you fly on JGE Air.

Don't worry! They are pretty good.

Tracy, isn't being unable to say 'no' a woman thing? I know that I suffer from it, and run myself threadbare some days just chasing my tail trying to please others (some of them I don't even like!) Is it because we want everyone to like us?!?!

I don't think we need to worry, Robin. After all, they've got FOURTEEEN nights to keep us happy and entertained! Most likely, "Pirate Night" will be after we go through the Canal and are back IN the Caribbean!!!

Happy Planning, Everyone!!!!

We were SO thrilled to discover our NAME TAGS in yesterday's mail! :cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2:

After Lara kept trying hers on, I've managed to put them straight into my cruise suitcase so they can't get lost before we go.

THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!! They are absolutely PERFECT!
