Got mine in the mail today as well.

Mary Jo,

So sorry to hear about what happened with Sam's job. Hopefully, he will be able to find something soon. I will be thinking about you and sending some pixie dust your way.

Almost forgot. My shirts arrived today from zazzle.com, but they're wrong. I had 3 different designs created, and they put the wrong ones on the wrong shirts. Oh well, I just found some software from Hanes on hanes2u.com that I downloaded and bought the iron on paper from them since it seems like a pretty good quality. I also bought the shirts from another site that zazzle used since they are pretty heavy duty. I'll just wait for them to come in the mail and make my own.

Boy what a problem this whole thing was. Glad it's over though, and I did learn a lesson to never order from them again.

Renee, I have used that Hanes transfer paper, and I was not happy with it after one wash, it stuck to itself and peeled. I followed the directions to the letter, but did not have much luck. I only hope yours turn out better. zazzle seemed to work for good ole verandaman, guess he has the touch!

Reneé,

Sorry to hear you had such a problem with Zazzle. I ordered six t-shirts from them and they were sent to me the day after I ordered them. They arrived just the way they were ordered.

I also didn't care for the iron-on transfers from Hanes, I use iron-on transfers from Avery (product #4271) that I buy at BJ's. I get 20 transfers for $14.99, that's a good deal!!!

MaryJo ~ So sorry that it has happened and glad that you won't be cancelling! Prayers and Pixie Dust! HUGS! Let's hope all are prayers will help.

Susanne ~ you gotta do what is right for the family. Of course we will pick up any pins etc., (I won't use the "S" word;) )

AuntyBrat ~ Pixie Dust and Hugs to you also.

Twipple ~ Parcel is going in the mail tonight.

It seems like it's been a tough day all around.

HUGS FOR EVERYBODY!

You think I'm short, you should see my DW!!! We call her the shrinking woman.

 :rotfl:

Ok, delurking from the other cruise thread. Jeff (hubby) and I have used Cafe Press numerous times for tshirts and such. We've had some for a few years and they still look brand new. The prices are a bit better than zazzle from what I saw and the quality also looks better....
Word of caution with iron on transfers that you print out, after awhile they will fade and stick to each other.

Thanks Jen for the info on Cafe Press. I'll be looking into them. I used HP iron on paper for last year's shirts and they still look good. Maybe I'll use it again.

Reneé

Mary Jo hope all goes well for Sam and that he finds something even better than the one he had. Heaps of pixie dust to both of you.
Susanne-- we are sorry you won't be with us but we all understand. Let me know what kinds of pins Ryleigh likes and I will certainly get her some from the cruise.
We had rain here last night quite heavy for a while. Then it stopped and started again a few hours later. Today was a typical summer in Pa. or Jersey kind of day. Hazy Hot and HUMID.
Talk to you all tomorrow.
Estelle

Susanne - Sorry to hear that you won't be joining us. I know you made the decision that was right for your family. We'll be thinking of all of you.

Susan, what type of cancer does she have?
DCIS (a form of breast cancer) which metastisized into a lymph node (which is part of the reason why the chemo is so aggressive).

I am so sorry to hear your news. This is never an easy way to change jobs. Will you still be able to take your vacation to the mountains? Maybe you'll like it so much that you decide to stay :D Hugs and pixie dust. I hope everything works out.
