Kinda quiet here lately. Been busy myself with baseball and my Girls Basketball team where I teach and am the Athletic Trainer just won state championships so busy busy.

I hope they can be friends too. She's still facebook friends with some that she met on our last cruise in 2009.

I thought they just moved the teen beach over to where the stingrays were.

125 days until wdw then the cruise. Does anyone know if they hold you to your show times. We have late dinner but 5pm show time. I have tried to change it with no success. The thought of leaving CC early to shower get to the show then hang out for 2 hours before dinner does not excite me. I know there is a lot to do but I would rather come off the beach the latest I can let the kids swim, aqua duck, sports deck...... This is my kids first cruise so want them to experience all the fun. I am sure we will figure something out but not to excited about 2 hours of wasted time.

Have a great weekend. Supposed to play in opening baseball tournament but rain and maybe snow is going to mess that up.

125 days until wdw then the cruise. Does anyone know if they hold you to your show times. We have late dinner but 5pm show time. I have tried to change it with no success. The thought of leaving CC early to shower get to the show then hang out for 2 hours before dinner does not excite me. The latest I heard they were messing around with dining and show times so who knows what it will be like in August. The dinner times were bumped to I think (and I'm just too lazy to look it up) 5:45 and 8:15 and they were just having two showtimes (except for at sea day when they are showing a matinee) one during early dinner for the late dinner people and one during late dinner for the early dinner people. I would personally prefer my original 7pm showtime rather than having to get ready earlier.

All the teenagers in the group are going to make me miss DD13! She is very social and would've LOVED it! Ah well. She'll be at camp.

Budget Car Rental is closest to Port

Me again! I was last here back in posts #23, 24, and 27.

Sorry for the long absence!

We are getting more and more excited now that the ship has actually launched, and we are hearing good things about it!

A few quick questions that I thought someone might be able to help me on:

1. We are regular Castaway Club members. Does anyone know when the windows open for us to book Palo, Remy, spa and excursions? I guess I could do the counting backward myself, but I was wondering if anyone had already worked it out.

2. How do we book those things listed in #1? I assume we go online somewhere?

3. Last time we cruised, we rented a car and drove to the port and stayed at the Radisson the day before our cruise. I am going to do that again, but I can't remember which car rental is the closest to the hotel. I remember that DH drove the car over and returned it, then walked back to the hotel and we all caught the shuttle to the port. Can anyone help me with the rental agency?

OK, that's about it for now.

My boys are somewhat polar opposites. DS14 is into school, animals, loves to read and plays the drums. Would challenge anyone to test his knowledge on elephants, animals in general and history. Great kid somewhat shy but witty once he gets to know you.

DS11 complete sports nut. Baseball is his game. Gets in trouble with dw because he watches sportscenter before school and causes him to be late sometimes but if you have a sports question he is your guy. I hope to see him on the cruise but would not be surprised if he is constantly on the go go go.

Looks like DCL released some more cabins so if you have any friends that want to join in tell them! It won't be cheap -- it much more expensive than when I booked the first week the cruise dates were released.
