I so wish we were leaving today. I woke up at 2 with the heavy rain outside and couldn't get back to sleep until after 4. I wouldn't have minded if I was getting up to get on the plane. I think I'm all packed (I know I'll find some more stuff later to throw in).

OK, I was originally thinking four-leaf clover of some type. That doesn't seem to work...

It looks like ivy but I can't seem to find an ivy that is specifically named four-point, four-star, or something to that effect.

So...

I was thinking the same thing -- that SOMEWHERE in the picture there must be a 4 leaf clover or something to that effect but I can't find any....

What a cool way to count the days down...my days don't match up to everyone elses but I love seeing what you are all coming up with.

And no, I did not finish my packing this weekend. UGH!! Looks like I know what I'll be doing this evening...

Ok this is rather bold for me, especially since I've never met any one of you but I'm feeling adventurous.

Anyway, as some of you know I'm just travelling with DD and I would really like to experience Palo and while I'm willing to do it I'd rather not eat alone. So I was wondering if anyone would be willing to 'adopt' me for a meal at Palo? I'm particularly interested in doing Brunch but High Tea or dinner would be great too.

Travis and I are going to make reservations at Palo for the following dates:

Dinner: August 21, Thursday Night (Semi-formal)
Champagne Brunch: August 17, Sunday (Before Key West!)
High Tea: August 18, Monday

If you would like to join us for any of these, you're more than welcome! No one should miss Palo!!!

Hey Jason I think your link broke but I figured out a way to see the picture. Go to quote which I did and see the link then copy it. Great Picture!

Edit: I still don't get the ivy thing? It works now andd that Ivy thing is killing me!

Nice try but - no. It is really very easy. The picture is obviously common ivy – pronounced “I” “V”. And of course, IV is the Roman Numeral for 4!!!

Not really that hard - and I promise not to post any tulip pictures on day 2!!!

I have to admit I was WAY off on this one! I spent the better part of my day looking up Ivy League Colleges to see if they were somehow involved, trying to figure out if the state plant of the fourth colony to join the union was the ivy, and numerous other "far-fetched" connections!!!

It was in front of me the whole time!

I hope tomorrow’s picture isn't so difficult!
