According to my documentation the final payment is due 6/14/2005. I'm hoping to make the final payment this month for us.. We have our airline tickets, hotel the night before and the limo booked. Haven't looked a lot at the excursions yet - we're trying to move to a new house so thankfully I've been able to distract myself a bit with that.

We've decided not to go to DL before or after the cruise. We're going at Christmas time instead.

Hello Everyone.
YIPPIE!!! I was beginning to think like some of you that My family and
I were the only one's going Thanks to Starwood. I found this thread.

My husband and I will be cruising along with our two children ages 3(boy) and 7 (girl). Were in Cat 05. I have not received my cabin room number maybe b/c the trip is not fully paid for yet I guess that will come once the trip is paid for.
My daughter always ask who is she going to play with on the cruise.....so I hope someone has a daughter around her age that she can chat with and meet on the cruise. My son is a happy go lucky child and will love to play with anyone his age.

My husband and i are a fun couple. This will be our first time cruising with Disney. Were so excited. I read so much about the cruise.....not happy about missing castaway cay, but I am pretty sure we'll have just as much fun.

We would love to do the Dolphin encounter for our excursion...but our three year old won't be able to attend so we are thinking about the Paradise Beach Excursion in P.V, the City Tour in Mazatlan and Cabo Beach Break. Not sure if those are the best ones...right now were just thinking about it. I am not even sure if an excursion will be a good idea since everyone talks about the ship being so great. I would love to read what other excursions you all are thinking about.

I've been looking around for nice ballroom dresses for me and my daughter and my husband is getting very irritated with me...saying were going to be the only ones dressed up is that true?

Okay sorry for the Longgggggg message. I can go on and on but I won't (this time) As u can see i am way too excited.

The D can also be Darling or Disney...or other things if you are mad at them.

I plan on dressing up for formal night...Ill probably wear the same dress I wore on formal night on my cruise last year(NCL, not DCL) which is just a plain long black dress. Its not elbaorate, but it is dresssy I guess. My DSs have suits, hopefully they will still fit. DH will wear his suit too. For semi formal night(or Palo, depending what night we go) I will wear a black cocktail dress.

Got something else accomplished...we boooked the Red Roof Inn Maingate for the day we disembark and go to the game. Got a pretty good rate so I think it will be well worth it to not worry about all our luggage sitting out in the car all day.

Is anyone else doing the REAS? We are and I know we should call and book Palo and the Spa, but Im trying to wait and see what the themed nights are until we decide when we want to go to Palo. I wish they would announce that.

GELH's Mom, I was just lurking on this board and saw your question about Randi's Happy Horses. We are on the 5/28 West Coast Cruise. We have booked a ride with Randi. My kids will be 7 and 4. Randi said it was no problem at all. She said, "If they can sit, they can ride." She told me that somebody could walk along side my kids if they would like. I definitely want somebody by my 4 year old. I'm not so worried about the 7 year old. It seems that I read a post somewhere that said somebody was taking their 3 year old on a ride with Randi. She has responded very quickly to all of my e-mails.

ok, how many of you have already shopped for this cruise...you know, bathing suits, short, tanks, whatnot?! everytime i go anywhere, i'm always thinking, oh, this would be good for...the beach, the pool on deck, for strolling around in, etc.!!!! i'm slowly accumulating things! hopefully, i won't forget about them, when august rolls around!

as for plans, i just need to find someone who can drop us off at the port. maybe my brother?

I bought the Disney bathing suit and sandals from Disneydirect. I also bought a real nice pant suit from Newport news using the coupon information on the budget board. I want to make a trip to Old Navy and try on their Bermuda shorts.

I think I'll call Costco and have them add the DL to port transfers for all of us. Much easier with 7 people. I still need to find someway to get a rental car after the cruise for 1 day. I guess when it gets closer I'll start calling agencies.

I want to order my DL tickets from Hotwire but I'm afraid they will expire before August. I wrote Hotwire but haven't heard back yet.

I guess when I get back from WDW at the end of the month I will kick into high gear. I'm hoping the new DCL passporter will be out by then.

Yes I have started shopping for the cruise...it's funny i bought my daughter a Mickey Mouse t-shirt and she put it on and I made her take it off and I hide it "bad mama" I bought another digital camera and my husband wanted to use it for Easter and I said "no it's for the cruise" he just laughs and used the old Digital Camera. You should see me list of things to bring PHEEWWW!!!

Are you bringing a stroller? My DS is so lazy. I was thinking about bringing ours when we are not at sea.

Hi JulienK...My dd will be 8 at the time we cruise. Since your dd is going to be 9 and there around the same age maybe your dd and dd can meet on the cruise. She's constantly asking me who is she going to play with on the cruise. It will be nice to give her names

A friend of mine wanted to attend with her family and she called
DCL and they were sold out on our cruise. They have a lot of July

yes, they can totally hang out. it would be nice. our DS3 is a dare devil! but very sweet! as for pix...you have to tell me how to do that...cuz i'm technically challenged!

randi's info can be found online...i think it's www.randishappyhorses.com. i might take our DSs on a pony ride...to test out the water for them. and see. i really want to do this, but it's my "selfishness" thinking! you know, mommy wants to do it, so we all have to do it. who knows, we might just leave them on the ship and go on our own.

i'm still debating on the stroller. maybe just an umbrella one. for when we head into port, and he gets tired, or needs a rest. he still naps...so maybe we might have to. but definitely not the big one!

i've bought a bathing suit...but will keep looking for more! old navy have some really cute ones. i'm in search of a dress for a wedding i need to attend in april, so i'll probably look for one that i could wear for the cruise. more like, ok, formal/semi formal dress for cruise, that i could wear to this wedding. and i have been getting stuff for my DH & DSs. they don't really like to shop...they're lucky i shop for them!

CamColt...guess where my DH is going this saturday? dodger stadium to get tix! thought i'd let you know, since you're going to an angels game, and we both sorta feel the same way about baseball!

5 & a half months to go! how many of you already have your trip all fully paid? i told my DH that he needs to have the remaining balance soon! we're still working on it!

My is going to be Tuesday August 16.
Should I plan anything on the cruise? What should I do?
This is our first time cruising with Disney and wanted to
know if anyone have any suggestions. I told the Travel
Agency. I did hear that our server will bring a cake. Yum!!!

For the excursion we were thinking of doing the paradise
Beach in PV.

As for the night,
I would like for us to hang out and PARTYYYYYYY!!!! if your

rsjj and JayCee32, I will let you know how our day with Randi goes. I'm a little worried about DS on a horse. He's only ridden ponies before. However, it sounds like Randi's great with kids. I know I started to ride when I was about 4 but he's my baby.

OMG JayCee32 - it just occurred to me that 8/16 is my MIL's birthday. I'll have to let them know that.

Just finished adding transfers - they said bus will leave at 12:10. I wonder if there is anyway to get an earlier bus?

I've been looking into rental cars for the return trip but all of the Hertz codes expire end of June. I guess I'll just have to keep checking to see if new ones are added.

RSJJ - since you ask and ya didn't PM me I will let you and everyone on our thread know that I will be turning 34. So remind my DH when we meet the day of the cruise to have flowers sent to me on the cruise. You know he doesn't know u can do that and I don't want to tell him.
