I didn't get in on time to get Palo reservations, I waited too long to make up my mind. I guess we will have to be first in line. Does anyone have any suggestions? Where should we go to wait?
Went to my favorite Italian restaurant for Mother's Day, but Laura, my daugher tells me it is nothing like the incredible fresh food they serve in Italy. She doesn't like tomatoes, but she ate them in Italy and said they are delicious...
Ciao Michelle !!! You could always
put your name on their waiting list - as soon as you board ask where the Palo reservations are being taken :

usually they put 3 small tables (Dinner , Brunch , High tea) outside Palo or in one of the lounges , where Palo staff take reservations ,make changes to the existing ones etc.(2:00 PM)
You could
also pop in from time to time
to catch a cancellation ; Marco and I often did so , finding nice tables during the cruise.
Oh ; I see what Jessica means !! I just have had a mixed salad for lunch at my school ...
with zucchini omelette : the salad had more then 10 different vegetables and greens !!!
IMHO ... among the "Italian" food you can find in different restaurants around in US

the closest to our Italian stuff ...

is the food they serve at Palo : 95%

Italian !!!!!
"Bice" at Portofino resort (Universal - Orlando) has wonderful calamari and pasta dishes ... while the desserts are ...so so ...
"Alfredo" (Epcot) has good Italian stuff - but it is not as "delicate" in tasting as some of the dishes at Palo (though their ITALIAN chef ...

has gone !! ).
Sorry, I talked too much !! We Italians love to talk about food !!!
CIAO !!!
Laura
