August 10, 2012 Disney Dream

This is going to be our first Disney Cruise! We are super excited! Can someone tell me what is a fish exchange?

Welcome (and welcome to the facebook group as well). I posted a blog link on Facebook about the "how to" for the FE. There are lots of different discussions on disboards as well!

leahmichl - I'm trying to add The Knapps info to the FE googledoc (she gave me the info on the facebook page). I've successfully added everything except the ages of the girls. I can't figure out how to make a line in the box. :confused3 Help!

Thanks!!

leahmichl- OK...I added the ages, but don't know how to get a line between the ages.

Thanks - got it!

I still haven't decided what to do for the last FE gifts... Seems like so much time, but if I keep procrastinating I'll be rushing! I want to be ready to go at the July 1st deadline so I can get everything ready!

Anyone ever use Scuttle's Cove on Castaway Cay? We never have and are considering it if we both do the 5K and/or for a little bit of time at Serenity Bay. Any insight?

My only girl is 21 years old, however, I do have a rather shy 12 year old boy. He is very sweet. He would probably get along well with your shy one. I'm sure they will meet at the Edge.

My son is 11 (will be 12 in December). He would probably love to meet your 12 year old son. There do not appear to be too many boys in that age range in our group. It sounds like your son is a "sweet" boy. My son is also, so they would probably get along beautifully. I have no doubt they will all make many great friends on this trip.

We did when Frankie was almost 4 and he LOVED it! :dance3: They did tons of water games and games. :beach: I finally had to tell him he WAS coming out of it to come Scuttles Cove and playing with his family!!!!! :yay:

Excellent! Our kids are excited but a little nervous just because it's different. They are 4 and 5 but usually will do anything in the world as long as they're together. I can't even fathom a beach day (or even hour!) with my husband and no kids - can't wait!!!

(Ugh, can't believe I just said my baby is 4 - his birthday is the day before the cruise and I'm trying to adjust to having no more "babies"... No fun! I need to soak up the last 48 days of having a 3-year-old!)

Awww!! Our baby boy will be 6mo when we sail so feel free to stop by and get a quick baby fix! Ryder loves to meet new people!

On a side note we have started feeding him 1st foods and much like his dad he doesn't care for peas! I ended up wearing more than he ate. However he has loved everything else so I was excited to read on another thread that the servers will bring out pureed veggies and fruit for babies that are unseasoned. Has anyone else ever done this? Obviously we will still bring enough food for the week but this would be a nice bonus!

OMG Now that you added the picture with the Mickey ears... All the free babysitting you can get! LOVE IT - so cute!!!

Just got our stateroom #.It's an accessible room so not to sure of just 1 big bathroom (not the 2 we were expecting) but I think the size of the room will make up for that!! Greg M the pictures of Ryder are precious..DD just went crazy over the pic!!:goodvibes
