Until then, I know a lot of you have been waiting to see the special bag I made for my trip to Charlotte... And my AG Swap outfit... and a few other things...
I am very excited about this bag. It really was a labor of love. I knew my UPB would have ample representation, with Beth and Marianne both bringing theirs. And since I don't personally own a PPP, I decided it would be fun to have one with me in Charlotte for people to see.

Now, I will say - that no Duck was harmed or sacrificed for this project. The "legs" of this bag are actually the legs of my "Duck Butt" hat. I inserted a hidden zipper into the linking of the bag, so I can pull my hat out of the bottom at any time, and still wear it.
I also participated in an AG swap while I was here... Several of the Disboutiquers participated. Here is mine:
I did receive the most amazing outfit from Jill... I promise to post pictures of it once I return home - it is so adorable! I am so fortunate to have so many talented friends!
And last on my list of "show and tell" is a little project I started on several weeks ago. It took me a lot more time than I anticipated, many late nights beyond my regular sewing schedule, and lots of coordination. My dear friend Beth (Blyssfull) really helped my pull this off, again, I couldn't have done this with out her!Beth was so kind, when I told her what I wanted to do, and how busy my schedule has been, she offered to do the embroidery on all of these - every one of them turned out amazing, and she did such a great job as always! I cut out and quilted every piece of the wallets, then I sent them off to Beth - while Beth was working her magic, I pulled quite a few late nights to prep the rest of the missing pieces. I knew, once I got them back, I needed to have everything ready to assemble, because I would be cutting it close, time-wise. I made as many wallets as I could, and unfortunately, I had to leave some people out - people who I would have loved to give one to - especially after meeting them. My sincere apologies!
I do have a picture of all the wallets I did, but I forgot to upload it before I left, Marianne was kind enough to let me photograph her's this morning.
Again, many, many thanks to Beth for her help with this project - she does an amazing job! I could not have done this with out her!
So, thank you to everyone for being so patient and letting me show my bag to my friends in Charlotte before I reveal it on my PTR. Unfortunately, I will not be able to upload this pictures to my Facebook Fan page until after my return home.
I miss you all, and I hope you are enjoying your weekend!
