Attraction World (Thompson) Cant link before arrival

Having been told by Thompson that when my park ticket voucher was finally available I would be able to link it and therefore make my FP+ reservations I have now been told by Disney IT help that my voucher type is not able to be linked until arrival. My only option is to swap voucher at 1st park when we get there and then make fp+ for rest of 2wks on ipad. Not a major disaster but still not ideal. grrr!

Thats incredibly annoying. Have you been able to make any adrs? Ive booked with thomas cook & am a bit nervousabout having trouble getting a code off them to link my trip to mde. Hmmm.

All adrs done easily and magic bands customised just fp I can't do. Like I said its not ideal but going to channel happy disney thoughts coz I'm going with my 3 boys on an adventure that's been a long time planning. Time to just enjoy. Only 3wks 5 days to go. X

That's it, think happy thoughts and enjoy I'm not sure how vital advance fp+ is, but I'm sure you will all have an amazing trip!

I've booked with Thomas Cook also (package), i've asked for my Disney ref and i'm told they will look out for it and email it to me, they say they don't get it immediately (I booked early Jan-going Oct). Might be worth you just giving TCa call.

I'm going in to pay a chunk of the cost of the trip at the end of this month so I'll check in store then it's still over a year away so I'm not sure at what point I'll get the ref number.
