Attn: Central Maine residents. Help Needed

I'm driving from New Brunswick to Manchester, NH, to catch a flight to Orlando, and was wondering about motels in the Augusta or Waterville area. I'm not hard to get along with, but I need:

-Cheap (only sleeping).
-clean
-fairly quiet
-free continental breakfast would be nice.

Any suggestion?

I hope it's not too late to help. Augusta has a Comfort Inn right off the Interstate, offers a deluxe complimentary breakfast. Also has a heated indoor pool. choicehotels.com will allow you to plug in your info. They also have one in Waterville. Hope this helps.

There is a nice Hampton Inn right off the highway in Waterville on Kennedy Memorial Drive. They have a continental breakfast...and they even bag them to go if you are in a hurry and can't stay to eat. I have never stayed there..I am a local, but I've heard great things. I am familiar with the chain...I usually look to stay at a Hampton Inn when I go visit family in Mass or Maryland.
