I have tried WW 4times and find that I give into eatting to much because I have the freedom of having sweets as long as I don't go over the points. I can not afford to pay the 12.00 a week to see the scale.
When I tried the low carb I did really well the first 3wks then fell off due to not being able to eat as much sweets as I like. Soooo I am not sure which plan I should stick with.
I need to loose a staggering 150 pounds so this is something I need to be able to do for the long haul. Going to the gym is not an issue I have a group of friends who go with me 3 to 4 times a week. But then of course my appetite goes up
Does anyone else have my problems and which plan is working for you?
