At what age are you required to pay for dining plan?

I just occured to me that I had not figured our (to be) 6 MO into our dining plan. We aren't required to pay for her are we? We are staying at BWV on points. I assumed this would be the case but with all of the changes I am just not sure.

Childeren under the age of 3 aren't able to be a part of the dining plan.

Children under three can share from your plate. If you eat at a buffet, they can eat for free. If you order them anything, you will have to pay for it.
