At sea day activities???

Looking at cruising on the fantasy on a 7 night end of August 2019. (I know it's early but if I'm going to book I want to as soon as prices are released) cruising it will be my husband, myself, and twin girls who depending on dates could be turning 7 on the cruise. What would they have for them to do on 3 at sea days? Also being a first time disney cruiser what are the chance i could get a Palo or Remy reservation, princess tea, or a character breakfast for an at sea day? Do they offer shows on at sea days? How crowded are the pools? Also I see they have mixology classes do these cost extra? Thanks so much!!!

They have a ton of different activities, from crafts, to characters, quizzes, cooking demonstrations, movies, just look at an old navigator to get an idea. If you want Palo for dinner, your changes are really good, for brunch it could be more difficult, but we managed. You know the charge involved with the princess tea? Your girls will get a lot of gifts, but it isn't cheap. The character breakfast shouldn't be a problem. There are shows each night, also on sea days. Mixology class does cost extra, but it's real good value for money

I would want to do Palo for dinner so that's good to know we would probably get it. Wow the tea is expensive! Makes CRT look cheap! Wonder if it's worth it... I would only do it because we will be on the cruise for their birthday and it would be special. I'm a little worried after now looking at the old Navigators on the blog, that it does not look like Rapunzel is on the Fantasy at all. Which could be a bummer for one girl. For the mixology class I'm guessing you get to sample what you make? Thanks so much for the reply!
