At EPCOT: Spaceship Earth. Living with the Land has always just let us in the G+/FP lane right away, even if there was a wait time of like 20 minutes - we even ask if they're sure. Mexico pulls wheelchairs out pretty early in the line and sends down a separate ramp but it's not a return time or alternate entrance.
At DHS: Star Tours gives a return time for wheelchairs because you have to use a separate entrance since the ramp is too steep. That's the only one I'm aware of. Everything else was built after the ADA, so it (theoretically) is accessible. TSMM has a pull-out 90% of the way through the queue but no return time/alternate entrance.
Nothing at AK. Safari, EE, FOP, NRJ all send you through the regular queue.
And of course, at MK: Big Thunder, Pirates, Jungle Cruise (I think?), but not much else. Unlike at
Disneyland, most of their queues are accessible (or at least adjustable, not those narrow metal fences!) so they don't need to send wheelchairs through the exit or around a separate way.
