Thanks Holly. We are all coughing from one thing or another today. Sounds pretty disgusting at my house.
His jaw doesn't hurt anymore. So I'm sure the lymph nodes & swelling had something to do it. They aren't swollen anymore. But, dang, the medicine he is taking tastes awful, and I mean AWFUL! Usually it is the pink bubble gum, and he loves that one. This stuff is orange and tastes like chalk gone bad. I was giving him some grief about it Friday, because he didn't want to take the second dose before bed. I tasted it yesterday, a little bit was on the rim of the bottle.I about threw up. Poor baby. I need to go buy him some good chocolate to get rid of the taste.
The lymph nodes swollen was probably due to the ear infections..... that is the exact symptoms DS had... it was only on the right side...and you could see the fact they were swollen...
Hope he is doing better... Yep, that medicine is not great!!!
DS gagged a few times..but we give it to him in 1/4 tsp. increments and he takes it w/ his gatorade chaser!!!
