Our trip is next week. I booked the bus from Heathrow terminal 5, and coming into the Southampton bus depot on Harbour Parade. Taking Disney transfer back to Heathrow after the cruise.

Just got home Saturday night. Level 1/main level? We just followed the signs for bus transportation. Actually got thru passport control quicker than expected, so we went to the info desk and switched to an earlier bus (when buying Tix we had paid an extra 5 GBP/person for the change and go option to go on any bus within 12 hrs of the time chosen.). I believe the info desk said the National Express buses use bus stops 11-15, which were closest to the terminal (no need to cross any roads.)

We had a great time! Had an issue with basically all port adventures being cancelled the night before Skjolden port (rumor is a silent cruise ship protest by travel guides). Disney did arrange buses to/from a waterfall with a few trails there. But otherwise everything was great. Loved our serving team of Ricardo and Ratna. Scenery was spectacular for the fjords as was the sail in/out of Rotterdam. Nightly entertainment for us was the Golden Mickeys show, movie (new Indiana Jones), the Beauty and the Beast show (day at sea), a juggler, movie (Haunted Mansion), magician, and the Believe show (day at sea). We had the Frozen menu on night 4. mickeys color spin dance party on night 5 (and again in the atrium on the last sea day due to weather on night 5).

@Geomom One last question Hate to ask the dreaded Co-19 question but were there many incidences on the ship and were many starting to wear masks?

I have no idea, but lots of people in the Facebook group have tested positive after leaving the ship Saturday. Didn't notice many masks by anyone, just a few passengers on buses, etc.
